Return Policy
To return item/s please follow the instructions below:-
1. Email admin@ten-triple-one.com and let us know why you wish to return the item/s. (Use your Invoice number in the heading eg: Return Invoice 1234)
2. Ten Trip One will reply with a RA# or requesting more information or pictures if necessary. (RA # will expire 30 days after the original ship date.)
3. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if we shipped the item/s to your for free, the customer is also responsible for any damage or loss of the items when shipped back to us, so please make sure to insure your package. Please get a tracking # and track your package. We will notify you via email once we receive your package.
4. Ten Trip One will inspect the item/s when we receive it/them, if we are satisfied with the condition we will process the return.
5. Credit will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return, However, your credit card company will determine when the issued credit will reflect on your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.
Any item/s you return to Ten Trip One must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging with the receipt. We are not responsible for any item/s shrinkage.
